I hate to lecture you, but diet drugs for you and most people are a short term solution to a long term problem. You have made it clear that you have not worked on your behavioral problems. You need to control your emotions and appetite. What good is any diet pill for you? You just gain all the weight back and more. You need to have some self control, you need to watch what you eat, and if you have any fat friends, you need to stop going out with them. They are probably your biggest problem and at this point, they are anything but friends. They sabotage your goals. No fat person wants to see their friend lose weight, I dont care who it is, I dont care how long you have known them, etc….

You have worked your weight up to the strongest and most addictive weight loss drugs. They rarely use amphetamines for weight loss, its almost never done. And this is coming from someone who has a ton of medical background and has worked at a pharmacy in the past. You really need to get yourself together. What he has prescribed you is not really very addictive, most people who use it for short term weight loss do not have much of a problem getting off of it.

You really need to start exercising and get on a good diet, maybe see a nutritionist. You probably should get a personal trainer no matter what the cost for at least 3 days a week. I seriously doubt you exercise much if at all, and even if you do, you do not much effort in. At this point, I don’t really know what to say anymore. Maybe a lapband would be best for you.
