im really paranoid! i dont know wat to do i smoke Crystal meth for the 1st time and the last time yesterday like at 7pm i dont fell good how should i calm down its a really bad feeling ill never do it again please some one help me wat should i do

Of course its not good you retard. It’s a highly addictive, highly dangerous drug.
