Could a Crystal Meth Od Cause Permanent Damage?

Hi
I’m concerned that an OD may have caused damage. I do not have a history of drug abuse. I was struggling with depression and insomnia when I vacationed in europe a few years ago. Upon arrival, I was fatigued and jetlagged and had a lot of social engagements, so I snorted about 50 dollars worth of meth to keep awake.
It was my first and only time.
The initial effects were severe nose bleeds and some sort of seizure.
A few years later, I notice tingling on that side of my face and dulled emotions.
I’m terrified to mention this to my doctors, as they are very judgemental 🙁
Is this to be expected as normal?
Please no lectures, I do that to myself enough.
