MANILA, Philippines – Police anti-narcotic agents are continuing efforts to account for the rest of a 1.9-million ton shipment of cocaine, with an estimated street value of P2.275 billion,dumped in waters off Samar by drug dealers eluding pursuing lawmen before Christmas last year.

U.S. marshals searching for Miami fugitive charged in drug case
U.S. marshals are searching for a Miami fugitive who was indicted with eight others on charges of cocaine trafficking last year. The suspect, Emmanuel Othello, who goes by “Mono” or “Lil’ Mono,” is believed to be part of the “68 Street Boys” from Little Haiti, according to the Marshals Service. Othello, 26, is considered armed and dangerous.
