Dogo adding meat to shabu shabu pot. Cooking the ingredients in the table and fishing them from the broth with your sticks is fun, but eating shabu shabu is unbelievable messy!

As you can see, there are two small dip cups in front of Dogo: first sesame seed sauce, then ponzu. Eventually the table in front of me seemed like a battle ground and I never drop anything when eating fajitas. :I

What I didn’t know is that the waitress would bring another small course to cook in the same pot after these. It included a soft sponge-like cake of rice dough and noodles and she poured some broth over them.
