Why can’t some people say no to gambling?
Gambling addicts come in all walks of life. A recent public example is Vincent Frustaci. The former chief deputy in the Stark County treasurer’s office faces federal prison, after he admitted last month to stealing $ 2.46 million in county-controlled funds. If what he said in a statement to the press is true, he probably was a pathological gambler, an addict.

Appellate court reverses 435th in two sexually violent predator trials
The 9th state Court of Appeals has determined that two sexually violent predators must receive new civil commitment trials because an expert witness was not allowed to testify on the defendants’ behalf.
