Question by tracy_b: can i dispute a social service investigation?
Someone called social services on me saying that I neglect my children. I submitted to a drug test, I took two test, a hair test and a urine test. The hair test was negative and the urine test was positive. Now they are requiring me to take drug treatment even though I do not do drugs. Can I legally dispute the case?

I hate to tell you but if your urine test was positive you had drugs in you. If your on prescription drugs you better get a doctors paper stating so. You can try and dispute it but that test will probable hurt you.
