i was arested at wal-mart for shoplifting. i was using this bag as my purse and had put the merchandise inside the bag. wal-mart took the bag and scanned everything in it and brought the bag back to the room that we were in with the cops. at the police station there was nothing else in the bag and the cops heard something rattling in the bag. they found a small boxand inside it there were 3 empty bags. they had once contained crystal meth, and there was a residue in all of them. the baggies were verry empty and i didn’t even know that they were there. how can you have possession of something and not even know that you have it? can i get out of this charge
