BY CLARE MARIE CELANO Staff Writer The Township Committee is expected to adopt Freehold Township’s $38.2 million municipal budget for 2010 during its meeting on June 16. The committee held a public hearing on the budget on May 25. Officials said they could not adopt the spending plan that evening because it was still pending a state review. read more
