Badal seeks inclusion of Punjab under PMAGY
Chandigarh, Jul 27 : Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today urged Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment Mukul Wasnik to include Punjab under Pradhan Mantry Adarsh Gram Yojna (PMAGY) as the state has the highest population of scheduled castes in the country, touching nearly 28.9pc , so that its SC population could get due benefits in terms of social and capital infrastructure.
