Have read that this is a fiber substance, which causes a full feeling in the intestinal track, thus you eat less.
But are any traces of amphetamines included, which would suppress appetite and increase activity, leading to serious side effects, such as nervousness and insomnia?

It’s over the counter, which means it’s not FDA approved, so chances are it doesn’t work. But it can’t contain amphetamines, which are controlled substances, because it’s not FDA approved.
