Abraxas approved to treat juvenile sex offenders
SHELBY — Richland County now has three state-approved treatment programs for juvenile sex offenders. Ohio Department of Youth Services spokeswoman Kim Parsell said Cornell Abraxas in Shelby received state certification April 12 to treat youth sex offenders in addition to existing behavioral and drug and alcohol treatment programs.
