HEROIN and Ice are proving to be the two main stumbling blocks in Singapore’s fight against the drug scourge. In the latest statistics released by the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) for the first six months of the year, the two drugs accounted for 84 per cent of the 914 drug abusers nabbed.
