‘Graying’ of Drug Users at U.S. Treatment Centers

Drug abuse admissions up among people 50 and over
WASHINGTON — More older Americans are abusing drugs. A new government study suggests the percentage of people admitted for drug abuse who are age 50 and over nearly doubled between 1992 and 2008.
