St. Charles man who killed 80-year-old in crash into home takes plea deal in other cases
Daniel A. Carson, currently serving a seven- to 15-year sentence for crashing his car into a Swan Creek Township home and killing an 80-year-old man, accepted a plea agreement in two other cases Tuesday and likely will avoid extra prison time.
