I used to smoke ice (crystal meth). What has it done to my brain?
I smoked ice for about a year off and on. I'd say every other week about 4 days of the week. That's a lot. People say it eats holes in your brain. Now that I have been off of it for abut a year I noticed I stutter sometimes and sometimes have little muscle spasms. I'm guessing it's from the ice. Having smoked it for that while do you think I have some brain problems?Thanks for all your answers so far.

Is ice (crystal meth) physically addictive?
Some of my friends seem to have withdrawal symptoms and physically weaken when they're not high. It's beyond just being 'all in your head'...they are dizzy and lack the ability to remain alert, even with plently of food and sleep.A lot of these responses state that it's addictive did I say it wasn't? The question was about PHYSICAL addiction. I haven't seen any reliable sources quote anything but MENTAL addiction.

What is considered a 'lot' when smoking ice/crystal meth?
and don't say any amount is a lot or too much... i'd like a real answer please.

How can ice (crystal meth) be taken?
My friends and I are doing a project about ice, and are planning to make a video. In the video we want to display people giving into peer pressure and taking ice, but we're not exactly sure what it looks like. We know what ice looks like itself, but how exactly do you put it into your system, and what does it look like then? Can it be smoked injected, if so, how?And no, I don't do drugs and don't intend to, this is NOT intended for real life purposes. This will be used in an anti drug campaign, and for that purpose only.Thanks in advance
