Support group for Lincoln teens targets substance abuse
STANFORD – One of Harold Tokle’s favorite memories of the teenagers he has dealt with over the years is of a girl, about 14 or 15 at the time, who began attending the substance abuse support group he runs out of his non-descript Stanford office.
